开发并验证一种基于CT、MRI和18F-FDG PET影像的多模态放射组学特征的人工智能算法模型,以定位TSC患者的致痫灶的相关性临床研究。

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

①伴有脑炎、脑积水、脑出血或脑血管疾病其他特定神经系统异常疾病; ②存在影像学检查禁忌症; ③图像质量差,如头部运动引起严重图像伪影情况。

Exclusion criteria:

1. accompanied by encephalitis, hydrocephalus, cerebral hemorrhage or cerebrovascular disease and other specific neurological disorders; 2. There are contraindications for imaging examination; 3. Poor image quality, such as head movement caused serious image artifacts.

本研究假设指标CT、MRI和18F-FDG PET影像的多模态放射组学特征能有效区分致癫灶和非致癫灶,根据前期预实验的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)为0.7,具有较好的区分效能。使用PASS 15软件进行样本量计算,假设α=0.025(单侧),β=0.1,计算结果显示,致癫灶和非致癫灶每组至少需要40个结节样本。鉴于本研究为回顾性研究,从选定的时间内应当尽可能多得纳入患者,因此纳入研究时间段内所有符合要求的受试者,预估可纳入陆军军医大学附属第二医院神经外科:65名患者;西部战区总医院神经外科:6名患者;广东三九脑科医院神经外科:25名患者,每名患者至少一个致痫结节,多个非致痫结节,符合样本量需求。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

In this study, it is assumed that the multimodal radiometric features of CT, MRI and 18F-FDG PET images can effectively distinguish epileptogenic and non-epileptogenic foci, and the area under ROC curve (AUC) of the previous pre-experiment is 0.7, which has a good distinction efficiency. The sample size was calculated using the PASS 15 software, assuming α=0.025 (unilateral) and β=0.1, and the results showed that at least 40 nodules were required for each group of epileptogenic and non-epileptogenic nodules. As this study is a retrospective study, as many patients should be included as possible from the selected time. Therefore, it is estimated that all eligible subjects during the study period can be included in the neurosurgery Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Army Military Medical University: 65 patients; Department of Neurosurgery, Western Theater Command General Hospital: 6 patients; Department of Neurosurgery, Sanjiu Brain Hospital, Guangdong Province: There were 25 patients, each patient had at least one epileptogenic nodule and multiple non-epileptogenic nodule, which met the sample size requirement.
