研究目的：

本研究主要是通过将BCW理论应用于大肠癌筛查阳性的管理，旨在通过提高患者的认知能力、创造有利的行为机会以及增强其行为动机，从而构建阳性患者的管理模式，并通过实证研究来测试干预的有效性。该方案构建完成后，对其进行有效性验证。  

Objectives of Study：

The objectives of this study are: 1) To construct an education program applying BCW (Behavior Change Wheel) theory on colonoscopy screening compliance in high-risk old individuals identified by Colorectal Cancer Screening; 2) To exmaine the effectiveness of this education program on colonoscopy screening compliance in high-risk old individuals identified by Colorectal Cancer Screening

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：①患有心理精神疾病及认知障碍患者。②未完成初筛问卷者。③未能够提交大便者。④急性肠炎或严重出凝血性疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria will be as follows: (1) individuals with mental illness or severe cognitive impairment; (2) those who are unable to complete the preliminary screening questionnaire; (3) those who are unable to submit stool samples; (4) individuals with acute enteritis or severe ischemic diseases.

All education sessions will be conducted under the supervision of a registered nurse, who will be blinded to the randomization. This protocol was designed as a single-blinded randomized controlled trail.The assessments will be performed by another registered nurse, who will be blinded to randomization and intervention.
