研究目的:

基于人工智能和18F-FDG PET影像构建颞叶癫痫(TLE)患者代谢癫痫网络机制,阐明癫痫与癫痫网络之间的机制,开发并验证一种人工智能算法模型,实现对癫痫起源灶及患者术后结局的预测,为临床医生提供精准术前指导。  

Objectives of Study:

Based on artificial intelligence and 18F-FDG PET images, the metabolic epilepsy network mechanism of temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE) patients was constructed, the mechanism between epilepsy and the epilepsy network was elucidated, and an artificial intelligence algorithm model was developed and validated to predict the origin of epilepsy and the postoperative outcome of patients, so as to provide accurate preoperative guidance for clinicians.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.伴有脑炎、脑积水、脑出血、脑血管疾病、颅内占位性病变; 2.图像质量差,如头部运动引起严重图像伪影情况、扫描不规范导致图像显像不理想。

Exclusion criteria:

1. accompanied by encephalitis, hydrocephalus, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebrovascular disease, intracranial space occupying lesions; 2. Poor image quality, such as head movement caused by serious image artifacts, scanning non-standard image development is not ideal.
