研究目的：

本课题基于聚类的无监督机器学习算法，结合主观体验和客观数据，系统性地识别和整合首发缺血性脑卒中患者的健康信息。从自然属性、健康属性和行为属性三个维度出发，科学地划分亚组，构建患者的精细化健康画像，探讨各亚组中各变量的相对贡献，有助于更好地理解不同患者群体的特征和需求，为后续的个性化管理提供科学依据。在此基础上，挖掘患者人数最多的亚组中三个高贡献健康属性特征的联合发展轨迹。

Objectives of Study：

This project is based on an unsupervised machine learning algorithm for clustering, combining subjective experience and objective data to systematically identify and integrate health information of first-ever ischaemic stroke patients. Starting from the three dimensions of natural attributes, health attributes and behavioural attributes, subgroups are scientifically divided to construct a refined health portrait of the patients, and the relative contribution of each variable in each subgroup is explored, which contributes to a better understanding of the characteristics and needs of different patient groups, and provides a scientific basis for subsequent personalized management. On this basis, the joint development trajectory of the three high-contribution health attribute features in the subgroup with the largest number of patients is explored.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）患有精神障碍或其他严重疾病身体状况不佳无法完成问卷的参与者；（2）无法理解中文问卷内容。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Participants with mental disorders or other serious illnesses who are physically unable to complete the questionnaire; (2) Participants who were unable to understand the Chinese questionnaire.
