研究目的：

本项目旨在通过检测参与者的血液信息鉴定在带状疱疹后遗神经痛（PHN）发病过程中，起到决定性作用的细胞因子，探究用于判断PHN发生的参考指标，为带状疱疹临床诊疗提供参考，具有极大的实用性和现实价值。

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this project is to identify the cytokines that play a decisive role in the pathogenesis of postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) by testing the blood information of the participants, and to explore the reference indexes used to determine the occurrence of PHN, so as to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of herpes zoster, which is of great practicality and realistic value.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患者排除标准 1.涉及多个节段； 2.患有严重的心血管疾病、肺部疾病或者肝肾功能异常； 3.其他疾病引起的剧烈疼痛； 4.酗酒和药物滥用者； 5.患有精神障碍且不能取得知情同意的。健康受试者排除标准 1.无行为能力者； 2.患有严重的心血管疾病、肺部疾病或者肝肾功能异常； 3.存在免疫抑制性或自身免疫性疾病者； 4.存在酗酒和药物滥用者； 5.有精神病史者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patient Exclusion Criteria 1. Multiple segments are involved; 2. Suffering from severe cardiovascular disease, lung disease or abnormal liver and kidney function; 3. Severe pain caused by other diseases; 4. Alcoholics and drug abusers; 5. Those who have a mental disorder and cannot obtain informed consent. Exclusion criteria for healthy subjects 1. Incapacitated; 2. Suffering from severe cardiovascular disease, lung disease or abnormal liver and kidney function; 3. Those with immunosuppressive or autoimmune diseases; 4. Presence of alcohol and drug abuse; 5. Those with a history of mental illness.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	1.所有纳入样本（含脱落样本）人口学资料：含年龄、性别、籍贯（方言）、病史、教育程度；2.临床数据（含原始数据）：所有纳入样本（含脱落样本）的VAS和NRS疼痛评分表、STAI-Form Y状态焦虑问卷、PANAS正性负性情绪量表以及Beck抑郁自评量表；TSK17运动恐惧症量表，WOMAC和KOOS关节功能评分量表；患者生命体征（心率、呼吸频率、血压、血氧饱和度）；其他后续可能加入的看临床数据。3. 临床统计数据及临床报告。4. 电子采集和管理
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	1. Demographic data of all included samples (including shedding samples): including age, gender, place of origin (dialect), medical history, and education level; 2. clinical data (including raw data): the VAS and NRS pain rating scales, the STAI-Form Y State Anxiety Questionnaire, the PANAS Positive and Negative Emotions Scale, and the Beck Self-Rating Scale of Depression for all included samples (including shedding samples);TSK17 Kinesiophobia Scale, WOMAC and KOOS Joint Function Rating Scale; patient's vital signs (heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation); and other clinical data that may be added subsequently.3.
