探讨逆行胰胆管造影/十二指肠乳头括约肌切开术联合早期腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石手术时机的选择。  

Objectives of Study：

Discuss about choosing the optimal interval time between endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreaticography (ERCP)and laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) according to The Three-step method.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

年龄≤18岁；孕妇；存在严重基础疾病具有手术禁忌症（ASA评分?3分）；急性重症胆管炎或急性化脓性胆管炎（AOSC）；ERCP／EST取石失败或术后出现严重并发症。

Exclusion criteria：

Age<18 years; Pregnant patients; Patients unfit for surgery(ASA?3); Patients with severe pancreatitis; patients who failed to extract the CBD stones during ERCP/EST.
