本研究旨在探讨经皮内侧柱支撑螺钉联合外侧Liss钢板治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨远端骨折疗效分析  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the efficacy of percutaneous medial column support screw combined with lateral Liss plate in the treatment of osteoporotic distal femoral fractures in the elderly

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①合并其他部位骨折的患者；②开放性骨折患者；③病理性骨折患者；④假体周围骨折患者；⑤肿瘤、严重神经损伤或感染患者；⑥伴有认知障碍无法完成相关评分的患者；⑦没有获得完整随访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with other fractures; (2) patients with open fractures; (3) patients with pathological fractures; (4) patients with periprosthetic fractures; (5) patients with tumors, severe nerve injury, or infection; (6) patients with cognitive impairment who could not complete the relevant scores; (7) patients without complete follow-up.
