研究目的:

我们研究的目的是基于术前MRI图像开发和验证一个多任务的基于深度学习影像组学(DLR)的模型,用于预测在多模态数据整合临床变量、DLR分数的基础上进行退行性半月板撕裂行半月板成形术的预后。  

Objectives of Study:

Our research aims to develop and validate a multi task deep learning radiomics (DLR) model based on preoperative MRI images, for predicting the prognosis of meniscecoplasty for degenerative meniscal tears using clinical variables and DLR scores integrated from multimodal data.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.伴有关节周围韧带损伤,如前后交叉韧带损伤,内外侧副韧带损伤,髌韧带损伤; 2.合并非膝关节骨关节炎的其他关节炎,如痛风性关节炎,夏科氏关节病,结核性关节炎等; 3.保守治疗,未做手术患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Associated with ligament injury around the joint, such as anterior and posterior cruciate ligament injury, medial and lateral collateral ligament injury, patellar ligament injury. 2.Other arthritis complicated with non knee osteoarthritis, such as gouty arthritis, Charcot's disease, tuberculous arthritis, etc. 3.Conservative treatment, patients without operation.
