研究目的：

研究DPE技术应用于分娩镇痛时的镇痛效果及母婴不良反应，探讨该项技术应用于分娩镇痛的安全性及效益性  

Objectives of Study：

To study the analgesic effect and maternal and neonatal adverse reactions of DPE technology when applied to labor analgesia, and to explore the safety and efficiency of this technology in labor analgesia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1: 椎管内麻醉禁忌者； 2: 合并严重呼吸循环系统疾病者； 3: 肥胖（BMI≥30）者； 4: 产前检查有疑似胎儿先天发育不良者； 5: 长期服用镇痛、镇静或抗抑郁药物者； 6: 有严重认知障碍、精神疾病、癫痫等不能配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1: Contraindications for spinal anesthesia; 2: Patients with severe respiratory and circulatory system diseases; 3: Individuals with obesity (BMI >=30); 4: Prenatal examinations reveal suspected congenital malformations in the fetus. 5: Those who have been on long-term use of analgesics, sedatives, or antidepressants; 6: Those with severe cognitive impairment, mental illness, epilepsy, etc., who cannot cooperate.
