主要目的是评估神经肌肉结合生物力学锻炼对中学生上交叉综合征的影响。次要目的是比较神经肌肉结合生物力学锻炼与单独的生物力学锻炼的效果,并分析治疗效果的潜在机制。  

Objectives of Study:

The primary objective was to evaluate the effects of neuromuscular combined with biomechanical exercise (NCBE) on Upper cross syndrome in secondary school students. The secondary objective was to compare NCBE with biomechanical exercise (BE) alone and to analyze the potential mechanisms underlying the treatment effects.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

存在疾病、骨折、手术史、关节问题、脊柱损伤、异常BMI、任何诊断出的肌肉病理状况,或颈椎软组织骨折,以及无法每周至少参加三次本试验锻炼的情况。

Exclusion criteria:

Participants with a history of disease, fractures, surgeries, joint issues, spinal injuries, abnormal BMI, diagnosed muscular pathology, cervical soft tissue fractures, or those unable to attend at least three exercise sessions per week.

The NCBE group adopted neuromuscular combined with biomechanical exercises, which mainly included scapular control training, posture correction training (neuromuscular) and fascia release training, stretching training and strength training (biomechanics). The intervention lasted for 8 weeks, with 3 training sessions per week and each training lasting 40-60 minutes.

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

Prior to randomization, all potential participants underwent eligibility assessments. A computer-generated randomization list was used, employing block randomization to ensure participants were allocated in a 1:1:1 ratio to the neuromuscular combined with the biomechanical exercise group (NCBE group), the biomechanical exercise group (BE group), and the control group. The block size was kept confidential to prevent the prediction of group allocation. An independent statistician was responsible for the randomization process and was kept blinded by the trial personnel to ensure that group assignments were concealed. Statisticians recorded the group assignments for each participant, stored them in a secure database, and verified the randomization results for each stratification combination.

盲法:

Blinding:

Participants, researchers performing interventions, and data analysts are blinded, and the materials provided should be as consistent in appearance and operation as possible to avoid inadvertent disclosure of group information. Introducing a third party who is not directly involved in the trial operation to help prepare and manage the intervention materials can help maintain blinding. All participants are assigned unique codes, and the actual group information is not disclosed to anyone until the data analysis phase. Only when all data collection and preliminary analysis are completed is the actual identity of the groups decoded and determined. Throughout the process, any circumstances that may lead to a breach of blinding are recorded in detail, and regular checks are made to ensure that proper blinding is maintained.
