研究目的：

1）探究基于微信平台的生活方式管理对高龄孕妇妊娠期糖尿病发生率的影响 2）探究基于微信平台的生活方式管理对高龄孕妇生理指标及孕期增重的影响 3）探究基于微信平台的生活方式管理下高龄孕妇参与程度及满意度  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the effect of Lifestyle management based on the APP for Advanced maternal age on reducing the incidence of Gestational diabetes mellitus; 2. Investigate the effect of Lifestyle management based on the APP for Advanced maternal age on the physiological index and Gestational weight gain; 3. Investigate the participation of Lifestyle management based on the APP for Advanced maternal age

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①孕前诊断为1型或2型糖尿病或孕早期产检诊断妊娠合并糖尿病（PGDM）诊断标准参考中华医学会《妊娠合并糖尿病诊治指南 (2014)》；②使用影响糖代谢的药（例如口服糖皮质激素或二甲双胍治疗）；③多胎妊娠；④肢体残疾；⑤目前存在药物滥用；⑥严重的精神障碍或无法配合（语言障碍）；⑦早孕期孕激素治疗；⑧早孕有运动禁忌症；⑨孕前患有甲状腺功能异常的疾病；⑩合并全身系统疾病，如肾病、心脏病

Exclusion criteria：

1. type 1 or type 2 diabetes or PGDM at early pregnancy;
2. use of medication that influences glucose metabolism, such as continuous therapy with oral corticosteroids or metformin;
3. multiple pregnancy;
4. physical disability;
5. current substance abuse;
6. severe psychiatric disorder and significant difficulty in cooperating (e.g. inadequate language skills);
7. Progestin therapy in early pregnancy;
8. Exercise contraindication;
9. thyroid disfunction;
10. Systemic diseases include the kidney disease and Heart disease.
