研究目的：

(1) 明确穴位按摩调对促进剖宫产术后乳汁分泌的效果； (2) 探索穴位按摩调控关键基因甲基化水平对泌乳的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate the efficacy of SAA in improving lactation outcomes among postpartum women with IBMS. 2. Investigate the epigenetic mechanisms underlying the effects of acupressure, focusing on DNA methylation in key lactation-related genes through animal randomized controlled trial.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①合并严重疾病，如妊娠期高血压疾病、心脏疾病、肝肾功能异常、产后出血等； ②乳腺功能异常者，如乳房发育异常等； ③有医学指征不能母乳喂养者。 ④与母乳喂养有关的严重并发症，如严重感染、乳腺炎或乳头破裂，可能导致母乳喂养失败。

Exclusion criteria：

1. severe comorbidities (e.g., hypertension, heart disease, liver or kidney diseases, or postpartum hemorrhage); 2. severe breastfeeding-related complications, such as serious infections, mastitis, or nipple fissures that could lead to breastfeeding failure; 3. breast abnormalities or contraindications for breastfeeding; 4. concurrent participation in other lactation-related interventions.

除对照组措施外，采取以下干预措施：对产后3-5天内确诊为乳汁不足的妇女，行“促乳按摩三要穴”手法教学（揉/捏/推）：每日3次；早、中、晚各10-15min；自己能承受的强度（以不感到疼痛为宜）。产妇从产后第3-5天持续到产后6个月，在家按摩。

Intervention：

In addition to routine postpartum care, participants will perform SAA targeting three acupoints: Danzhong (CV17), Rugen (ST18), and Shaoze (SI1). Techniques include kneading, pinching, and pressing, guided by the principle of "timely, sufficient, and appropriate stimulation". The intervention will begin on postpartum day 3 to 5 and continue until six months postpartum.

按常规进行健康教育和指导。由医院医护人员对其进行母乳喂养的常规指导，其主要内容包括：①产妇分娩回病房后，由责任护士进行常规母乳喂养指导；②产后第二天，由母乳喂养健康教育护士进行母乳喂养指导并发放健康教育手册。③为了便于和SSA组的比较，我们对其在出院时、产后14天、42天、3个月、6个月进行问卷资料收集，询问产妇母乳喂养具体情况。

Participants in the control group will receive routine postpartum lactation support, including: 1) breastfeeding guidance upon returning to the postpartum ward; 2) health education from trained lactation nurses at discharge; 3) follow-ups at discharge, day 14, day 42, 3 months, and 6 months postpartum.

Randomization method: A computer-generated odd even matching random number table is used to start counting at any position, and the obtained numbers are assigned to consecutive enrolled patients.
