数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	1. 调查问卷目的：用于收集CSSD专业护理人员、3D打印技术工程师、医院感染控制专家等相关人员在3D打印手术定制医疗器械管理使用过程中的实时数据。内容：包括接收、初步评估、清洗、消毒灭菌、质量检查、包装、存储、运输和发放等环节的数据。参与者：CSSD专业护理人员、3D打印技术工程师、医院感染控制专家。方法：通过《3D打印手术定制医疗器械管理使用效果满意度调查问卷》收集手术室人员对器械使用效果的满意度评价数据，以及对器械配送、交接、信息追溯和服务态度等方面的反馈信息。质量控制：通过查阅消毒供应中心提供的关于3D打印手术定制医疗器械的质量控制文件和记录，对回收、清洗、包装、灭菌、发放合格率进行统计和分析。 2. 电子采集和管理系统 (Electronic Data Capture, EDC) 系统名称**：ResMan（或其他基于互联网的EDC系统）目的：实现数据的电子化采集和管理，提高数据的准确性和可追溯性。功能：包括数据录入、审核、查询、统计分析等。使用人员：研究团队及相关专家。数据管理：所有收集到的资料在研究期间进行妥善保管，并由指定的数据管理人员进行核实、归档和统计分析。考核评分：通过定期组织理论知识考核、流程理解评估以及实际操作技能考核的方式收集器械灭菌管理护士的考核评分数据，由研究团队及相关专家进行打分评定。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	1. Survey Purpose: To collect real-time data from CSSD professional nursing staff, 3D printing technology engineers, hospital infection control experts, and other relevant personnel in the management and use of 3D printed custom medical devices for surgery. Content: Includes data from various stages such as receipt, preliminary assessment, cleaning, disinfection and sterilization, quality inspection, packaging, storage, transportation, and distribution. Participants: CSSD professional nursing staff, 3D printing technology engineers, hospital infection control experts. Method: Data on the satisfaction with the use of medical devices and feedback on device delivery, handover, information traceability, and service attitude are collected through the "3D Printed Custom Surgical Medical Device Management and Use Satisfaction Survey". Quality Control: By reviewing the quality control documents and records provided by the sterilization supply center, statistics and analysis of the recovery, cleaning, packaging, sterilization, and distribution qualification rates are conducted. 2. Electronic Data Capture and Management System (EDC) System Name**: ResMan (or other internet-based EDC systems) Purpose: To achieve electronic data collection and management, enhancing the accuracy and traceability of data. Functions: Including data entry, review, query, and statistical analysis. Users: Research team and relevant experts. Data Management: All collected materials are properly stored during the research period and verified, archived, and statistically analyzed by designated data management personnel. Assessment Scoring: Data on the assessment scores of sterilization management nurses are collected through regular theoretical knowledge assessments, process understanding evaluations, and practical operation skill assessments, scored and evaluated by the research team and relevant experts.
