研究目的：

髋部骨折（hip fracture, HF）患者围术期往往疼痛剧烈，有效的疼痛管理控制有助于患者的康复训练，因此，建立有效的围术期疼痛管理，已成为被关注的热点问题，甚至直接影响到手术的康复效果及患者的满意度，而周围神经阻滞是术后减轻疼痛的重要方法。髋关节囊周神经阻滞（pericapsular nerve group，PENG）是目前髋部骨折术后最新应用的镇痛方法。术前镇痛是当今手术流程中不可缺少的一部分，可以有效的减轻患者术前疼痛、焦虑，优化手术结果，为患者术后的恢复铺平道路。目前，新型麻醉药布比卡因脂质体由于其独特的囊泡包裹、释放原理，在局部浸润麻醉中有着良好的镇痛效果。那么，在术前镇痛中，使用长时效的局麻药布比卡因脂质体是否延长髋部骨折患者的术前髋关节囊周神经阻滞时间，达到令人满意的术前、术后镇痛效果是我们本次研究的主要目的。

Objectives of Study：

Therefore, the establishment of effective perioperative pain management has become a hot issue, and even directly affects the rehabilitation effect of surgery and patient satisfaction, and peripheral nerve block is an important method to reduce pain after surgery. Hip pericapsular nerve group (PENG) is the latest analgesic method used after hip fracture surgery. Preoperative analgesia is an indispensable part of today's surgical process, which can effectively reduce patients' preoperative pain and anxiety, optimize surgical results, and pave the way for postoperative recovery. At present, the new anesthetic liposome bupivacaine has a good analgesic effect in local infiltration anesthesia due to its unique vesicle encapsulation and release principle. Therefore, in preoperative analgesia, whether the use of long-acting local anesthetic liposomal bupivacaine prolongs the preoperative hip pericapsular nerve block time in patients with hip fracture and achieves satisfactory preoperative and postoperative analgesic effects is the main purpose of this study.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者及家属拒绝 2.临时更改麻醉方式 3.有心、肝、肾或血栓栓塞性疾病的患者 4.有慢性疼痛或长期服用镇痛药物者 5.凝血功能障碍，严重出血的病人 6.认知障碍与精神异常者 7.合并多器官功能不全者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Refusal of the patient and his family 2. Temporary change of anesthesia 3. Patients with cardiac, hepatic, renal or thromboembolic diseases 4. Those who have chronic pain or take analgesic drugs for a long time 5. Patients with coagulation dysfunction and severe bleeding 6. People with cognitive impairment and mental abnormalities 7. Patients with multiple organ insufficiency
