Objectives of Study：

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)异丙酚，蛋，豆类或乳胶过敏 (2)甲亢或内分泌疾病患者 (3)定于行胃肠内窥镜治疗 (4)既往有腹部手术史(5)精神病史和神经病史 (6)器官功能障碍如心，肝，肾，脑，肺功能衰竭 (7)睡眠呼吸暂停综合征史 (8)长期的阿片类药物治疗史

Exclusion criteria：

1. To be allergic to propofol;
2. have ever suffered from glaucoma , prostatomegaly ,diabetes or hyperthyreosis;
3. plan to be conducted endoscopic treatment;
4. have ever suffered from abdominal operation;
5. mental, neurological disease;
6.organ dysfunction (liver,kindy,brain,lung failure);
7. sleep apnea syndrome.8.long-term opioid administration.
