研究目的：

本项目拟对乳腺癌患者采用线偏振光照射星状神经节疗法，观察其对术后睡眠质量的影响；并与超声引导下星状神经节阻滞相比观察其对术后睡眠质量、并发症的发生和患者满意度的影响，并进一步进行机制探讨。  

Objectives of Study：

In this project, patients with breast cancer will be treated with linear polarized light irradiation of stellate ganglion (SGB-LI) to observe its impact on postoperative sleep quality; Comparing with ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block, the effect of SGB-LI on postoperative sleep quality, complications and patient satisfaction was observed, and the mechanism was further discussed.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、有长期应用镇痛药物或精神类药史；2、认知或精神障碍；3、术前匹兹堡睡眠质量评分＞=7 分; 4、不能完成全部的干预过程或随访；5、穿刺部位有感染或损伤；6、 肾上腺皮质功能异常; 7、光过敏；8、外部不可控因素，如样品污染。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) history of abuse or long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs; (2) cognitive dysfunction or mental disorders that prevent participation; (3) preoperative Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score>= 7 points; (4) patients were unable to complete the entire intervention process or follow-up; (5) infection, damage, or hematoma of the skin at the puncture site; (6) abnormal adrenal cortical function; (7) photoallergy; (8) external uncontrollable factors such as sample contamination.
