研究目的：

本研究的目的即是針對兩種手術方式（單純鬆筋手術以及鬆筋加生長引導手術）進行前瞻性隨機分組的實驗，推翻虛無假設:兩種手術方式有相同的降低脫位比率的效能。並由進一步的資料分析，以回答三個目前仍無定論的問題： 1) 加作生長導引手術是否讓髖脫位比率下降得更快？ 2) 鬆筋手術後的運動功能進步是否才是脫位比率下降的重要因素？ 3) 脫位比率多少以上，生長導引手術可明顯改善療效？  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of guided growth on hip displacement in cerebral palsy children by a prospective randomized comparative study.

這些即將接受骨科手術以治療髖關節脫位的腦性麻痺兒童將會經由長庚臨床統計中心隨機 1：1 分組，進行鬆筋手術加生長引導(實驗組)或是鬆筋手術(控制組)。

These children with cerebral palsy who are about to undergo orthopedic surgery will be randomly divided into 1:1 groups by the Chang Gung Clinical Statistics Center (soft tissue release with femoral guided growth (experimental group) or soft tissue release (control group)).
