研究目的：

验证上海柏纳生物技术有限公司(以下简称上海柏纳)生产的人类BRAF基因V600E突变检测试剂盒（荧光PCR法）的临床性能。通过大量临床标本测试，验证试验用体外诊断试剂的测定结果与已上市产品厦门艾德生物医药科技公司（以下简称厦门艾德）生产的人类BRAF基因V600E突变检测试剂盒(荧光PCR法)的测定结果是否等效，以验证试验用体外诊断试剂在临床检测中的适用性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

Validation of the Shanghai Bernard Biotechnology Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shanghai Bernard) of human BRAF gene V600E mutation production detection kit (fluorescent PCR method) of the clinical performance. Through a large number of clinical samples test, test for in vitro diagnostic reagents and the determination results of listed products of Xiamen ed biological medical technology company (hereinafter referred to as Xiamen ED) of human BRAF gene V600E mutation production detection kit (fluorescent PCR method) the results are equivalent, to test for in vitro diagnostic reagents in clinical detection applicability and effectiveness.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.非石蜡包埋组织切片样本；
2.不符合样本采集和处理要求的样本，及经过靶向治疗过基因突变的样本；
3.样本信息不完整的样本。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Non paraffin embedded tissue slice sample;
2. Samples that do not meet the requirements of sample collection and processing, and samples that have been targeted for gene mutation;
3. An incomplete sample of sample information.
