复方蓝棕果片治疗良性前列腺增生症的有效性和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

Effects of compound sabal berry tablets on benign prostatic hyperplasia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本品为复方制剂，其组分为蓝棕果提取物、狭叶金光菊提取物。其中每片含蓝棕果提取物55mg，狭叶金光菊提取物30mg。 开放组：复方蓝棕果片 服用方法：口服。每次2片，每天3次，饭前服用 服用疗程：12周 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Each tablet contains 55 mg extracts from serenoa repens saw palmetto (Arecaceae) and 30 mg extracts from echinacea angustifolia. Compound sabal berry tablets (2 tablets each time, 3 times a day before meals) 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准（符合以下任意一项或多项）
1) 有其它引起排尿障碍的疾病者，如前列腺癌、神经性膀胱、排尿功能障碍、膀胱结石、尿道结石、尿路狭窄、尿路感染等；
2) 有前列腺、尿道手术史者；
3) 严重的糖尿病、心血管疾患以及肝肾功能不全者；

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with urination disorder that caused by other diseases, such as prostate cancer, bladder malignancy, neurogenic bladder, urinary dysfunction, bladder stones, recurrent urinary tract infection, recurrent gross hematuria, or large diverticulum, were excluded from the study. In addition, patients who had previous prostate or urethra surgery or patients with other diseases, such as poorly controlled diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and hepatic or renal dysfunction, were excluded from the study.
