研究目的：

观察关节镜下清理治疗老年膝关节退行性骨关节炎2年随访的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions of arthroscopic debridement for the treatment of degenerative knee osteoarthritis in the elderly patients through a 2-year follow up.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

- 近３个月内使用激素类药物者；
- 已经做过相应膝关节手术者；
- 膝关节类风湿关节炎、血色素沉着症、血友病、痛风、神经性疾病、股骨头坏死等继发关节炎者；
- 患者全身情况差不能耐受手术者及存在其他关节镜手术禁忌证者；
- 有精神病史者；
- 同时合并内科疾病及髋关节、脊柱疾病不能行走者；
- 关节镜术后有进行其他治疗或手术不能进行评估者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Use of hormone drugs in the last 3 months;
2. Subjected to knee surgery;
3. With secondary arthritis such as knee rheumatoid arthritis, hemochromatosis, hemophilia, gout, nervous disease, and femoral head necrosis;
4. Have poor general condition, cannot tolerate the surgery, and have other contraindications for arthroscopic surgery;
5. With a history of mental disorder;
6. Patients have medical diseases and those who cannot walk because of hip and spine diseases;
7. Patients who cannot be evaluated because of other treatments or surgeries after arthroscopic surgery.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据收集方法：以病例报告表(Case Report Form，CRF)的形式收集数据，并经统一表格汇总。具体数据包括人口统计学信息、疾病分型、伴随疾病情况和不良反应发生情况，数据以双重录入的形式转化为电子版文件。 数据管理：只有项目负责人有权利查询数据库文件，该文件不允许再作变动。所有与本次临床试验有关的研究资料均由朝阳市第二医院保存。数据监察委员会(IDMC)对研究数据的监督和管理贯穿临床研究整个环节，以保证研究过程的科学性、严谨性和资料真实性、完整性。由2名工作人员负责抄录所需要的试验结果信息，结果数据表格由研究者制作、核对并对数据库进行锁定。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection Case report forms will be filled by the investigators accurately, completely, and on time. Written records including demographic information, disease classification, accompanying diseases, and adverse events will be transferred to an electronic format by professional staff using a double data entry strategy. Data management Only the project manager will have the right to inquire about the database, which will be locked by the project manager themselves. All research materials related to this trial will be preserved by the Second Hospital of Chaoyao, China. Research data will be monitored and managed by an Independent Data Monitoring Committee throughout the clinical research process to ensure scientific integrity and rigor, as well as obtain true and complete data. Two staff members will be responsible for transcribing the required information on results. Data will be recorded and checked by investigators and the database will be locked.
