研究目的：

通过整合围产期抑郁的临床诊疗数据库，健全本院系统内孕产妇生物标本库（分娩前、出院前的外周血等），系统搭建随访队列平台，了解及监测广州地区围产期抑郁的发生情况，完善围产期抑郁从筛查评估、发展、转归及预后特征的动态描述；挖掘围产期抑郁的发病机制、影响因素及相互作用关系；探讨围产期抑郁对新生儿或婴幼儿生长发育的影响；为未来结合多学科合作模式，探寻并建立一个医疗机构-社区-家庭一体化，集筛查评估、诊断、干预、随访与评价于一体的围产期抑郁管理系统及国家和社会制定围产期抑郁孕产妇管理政策和办法提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

By integrating the clinical diagnosis and treatment database of perinatal depression, improve the maternal biological specimen database (pre-delivery, pre-discharge peripheral blood, etc.) in the hospital system, build a follow-up queue platform, and understand and monitor the occurrence of perinatal depression in Guangzhou. Situation, improve perinatal depression from screening evaluation, development, outcomes and dynamic description of prognostic characteristics; explore the pathogenesis, influencing factors and interactions of perinatal depression; discuss perinatal depression for newborns or infants The impact of growth and development; for the future combined with multi-disciplinary cooperation model, to explore and establish a medical institution-community-family integration, to integrate screening assessment, diagnosis, intervention, follow-up and evaluation of the perinatal depression management system and national and Social development of perinatal maternal management policies and methods to provide scientific basis

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.产时、产后发生死胎、死产者；2.未获得知情同意者;3.患有精神分裂症、躁狂症、抑郁症等精神病性障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. occurrence of stillbirth or stillbirth after birth;
2. no informed consent has been obtained;
3. mental disorders such as schizophrenia, mania, depression, etc.
