探讨沙格列汀对新诊断的2型糖尿病患者Nesfatin-1、红细胞醛糖还原酶活性、高敏C-反应蛋白（hsC-RP）及同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平影响  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of saxagliptin on regulating nesfatin-1 secretion, inhibiting erythrocyte aldose reductase (EAR) activity and serum high sensitive C-reactive protein (hsC-RP) and Homocysteine (Hcy).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

对治疗药物或其成分过敏、高血压、高脂血症、确诊的心血管疾病、心功能NYHA Ⅲ级及Ⅳ级、肝肾功能异常、恶性肿瘤、活动性感染性疾病、妊娠或哺乳者

Exclusion criteria：

allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the drugs components, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, established cardiovascular disease (patients at least 40 years of age and had a history of a clinical event associated with atherosclerosis involving the coronary, cerebrovascular or peripheral vascular system), heart failure NYHA class III and IV, abnormal function of the kidney or liver, malignant disease, active infectious disease, pregnancy, or breastfeeding
