研究目的：

目前仍缺乏大型临床试验研究定期尿酸监测对高尿酸血症患者尿酸控制的影响，本中心拟通过评估患者定期自我尿酸仪监测相比于不监测对高尿酸血症患者尿酸控制的影响，为临床尿酸监测的规范和应用提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

At present, there is still a lack of large-scale clinical trials to study the effect of regular uric acid monitoring on uric acid control in patients with hyperuricemia, and the center intends to provide a basis for the standardization and application of clinical uric acid monitoring by evaluating the effect of regular self-monitoring of uric acid meter on uric acid control in patients with hyperuricemia compared with no monitoring.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.入组前2周内使用可能影响尿酸的药物，包括：苯溴马隆、别嘌呤醇、非布司他等； 2.严重肝功能不全或肾脏疾病（AST或ALT>正常上限的3倍，或eGFR<30ml/min/1.73m2）； 3.如合并应用其他药物，需入组前三个月保持药物剂量稳定； 4.不能配合定期自我尿酸监测。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Use of drugs that may affect uric acid within 2 weeks before enrollment, including: benzbromarone, allopurinol, febuxostat, etc.; 2. Severe hepatic insufficiency or kidney disease (AST or ALT > 3 times the upper limit of normal, or eGFR <30ml/min/1.73m2); 3. If other drugs are used in combination, the drug dose should be kept stable for three months before enrollment; 4. Unable to cooperate with regular self-monitoring of uric acid.

每周选固定一天，患者使用百捷尿酸仪+60片试纸分别在早上空腹，三餐后2小时±15min及 11pm±30min 对血尿酸进行指尖尿酸测量。
