该项目旨在促进肾内科病房腹膜透析患者营养管理的最佳实践，以改善他们的营养状况和临床结果。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aimed to promote compliance with best practices in nutrition management for peritoneal dialysis patients in a nephrology ward, with the goal of improving their nutritional status and clinical outcomes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①不能配合调查者:②精神障碍、认知障碍者;3.同时接受腹膜透析和血液透析者;④合并肿瘤、结核、严重创伤等疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who cannot cooperate with the investigation;(2) those with mental disorders and cognitive disabilities; (3)Those who are receiving peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis at the same time; (4) Combined with tumors, tuberculosis, severe trauma and other diseases.
