研究目的：

探索糖代谢相关指标与多囊卵巢综合征患者IVF助孕结局、妊娠期并发症及子代健康的相关性，从而明确糖代代谢状态对接受辅助生殖技术治疗的多囊卵巢综合征患者及子代健康的影响，为临床诊疗提供新的理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the correlation between glucose metabolism-related indicators and IVF outcomes, pregnancy complications, and offspring health in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). By clarifying the impact of glucose metabolic status on the health of PCOS patients undergoing assisted reproductive technology (ART) treatment and their offspring, this research seeks to provide new theoretical foundations for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.甲状腺、肝脏、肾脏功能异常；
2.使用降血糖类药物；
3.恶性肿瘤史、放化疗史；
4.染色体和基因异常；
5.PGT；
6.男方严重少、弱、畸形精子症；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Abnormal thyroid, liver, and kidney function;
2.Use of hypoglycemic agents.
3.History of malignant tumors and history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
4.Chromosomal and genetic abnormalities.
5.PGT;
6.Severe oligospermia, asthenospermia, and teratospermia in males.
