研究目的：

（1）采用病例对照的研究方法，将DM病人及DFU病人根据同性别、同年龄段、同病程配对，通过蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）和简易精神状态检查表（MMSE）了解DFU患者认知功能状况； （2）收集DFU患者的基本信息，一般临床资料，血清学指标及粪便标本进行多元线性回归分析； （3） 探讨影响DFU患者认知功能障碍的影响因素，特别是肠道菌群的物种多样性、菌落组成、物种丰度差异、代谢通路等变化对认知的影响； （4）分析认知障碍对DFU病人结局的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Using a case-control study design, patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) and those with diabetic foot ulcers (DFU) were matched based on gender, age group, and disease duration. The cognitive function status of DFU patients was assessed using the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) and Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE). (2) Basic information, general clinical data, serological indicators, and fecal samples were collected from DFU patients for multivariate linear regression analysis. (3) The study aimed to explore the factors influencing cognitive dysfunction in DFU patients, with a particular focus on the impact of changes in gut microbiota species diversity, colony composition, species abundance differences, and metabolic pathways on cognition. (4) The impact of cognitive impairment on the outcomes of DFU patients was analyzed.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、患者有精神类疾病史；有酗酒史。 2、患者有肠道系统疾病史； 3、患者在研究开始前3个月内有明显急性心脑血管疾病发作史； 4、患有恶性肿瘤或有恶性肿瘤病史者； 5、患有免疫功能低下的疾病，如HIV； 6、妊娠或哺乳期妇女；严重心、肝、肾功能不全； 7、近2个月使用抗生素，近6个月使用糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂、外源性细胞因子等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of mental illness or history of alcohol abuse. 2. Patients with a history of intestinal system diseases. 3. Patients who have experienced significant acute cardiovascular or cerebrovascular events within the 3 months prior to the start of the study. 4. Individuals with malignant tumors or a history of malignant tumors. 5. Patients with immunocompromised conditions, such as HIV. 6. Pregnant or lactating women; Individuals with severe impairment of heart, liver, or kidney function. 7. Individuals who have used antibiotics in the past 2 months or glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, exogenous cytokines, etc., in the past 6 months.
