研究目的：

本研究选取ICU病房内收治的非脓毒症和脓毒症患者为研究对象，根据脓毒症感染源的不同分别入组。运用靶向代谢组学整合生物信息学分析各组患者体内代谢变化规律从系统生物学的角度，构建一个能早期、快速、有效诊断脓毒症感染类型的方案，初步筛选与脓毒症感染类型相关的可能生物标志物，以便早期采取积极措施改善脓毒症预后。  

Objectives of Study：

This study selected non sepsis and sepsis patients in ICU as the research object according to the different sources of sepsis. Using targeted metabolomics bioinformatics analysis of in vivo metabolism of patients in each group changes from a view of systems biology, build an early, rapid and effective diagnosis the scheme of sepsis, preliminary screening of type of infection may be associated with biomarkers of sepsis, early to take positive steps to improve the prognosis of sepsis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

不能明确是否感染、ICU滞留时间小于72h、进行过心肺复苏、慢性肾功能不全、孕妇、临床资料不完整者。患者及家属自愿参加本项研究，经医院道德伦理委员会批准。

Exclusion criteria：

Not clear whether infection, ICU retention time is less than 72h, CPR, chronic renal insufficiency, pregnant women, clinical data incomplete. The patients and their family members volunteered to participate in this study and approved by the hospital ethics committee.
