探讨A型夹层患者术前合并脑缺血患者手术方式的选择，及其临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the choice of surgical methods for patients with type A aortic dissection complicated with cerebral ischemia before operation and its clinical efficacy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者既往接受过胸主动脉置换术或TEVAR。 2.保守治疗或放弃治疗。 3.患者合并除脑部以外的其他重要脏器缺血表现。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients had undergone prior thoracic aortic replacement or TEVAR. 2. Conservative treatment or giving up treatment; 3. The patient has ischemic manifestations in other important organs except the brain.
