研究目的：

本研究结合国内外研究现状，聚焦于高甘油三酯血症性急性胰腺炎 （hypertriglyceridemic acute pancreatitis, HTG-AP）患者口腔与肠道微生物的差异和特征分析，旨在揭示这些微生物与疾病严重程度和复发风险的潜在关系。通过分析口腔和肠道微生物的变化，探索微生物作为生物标志物在HTG-AP严重程度评估和复发风险预测中的早期诊断潜力，为HTG-AP的个体化、系统管理提供科学依据，并为口-肠-胰-轴机制的探索提供新视角。  

Objectives of Study：

This study combines the current research status at home and abroad, focusing on the differences and characteristics of oral and intestinal microbiota in hypertriglyceridemic acute pancreatitis(HTG-AP) patients, aiming to reveal the potential relationship between these microbiota and disease severity and recurrence risk. By analyzing changes in oral and intestinal microbiota, we aim to explore the potential of microbiota as biomarkers for early diagnosis of HTG-AP severity assessment and recurrence risk prediction. This will provide a scientific basis for individualized and systematic management of HTG-AP, and offer a new perspective for exploring the mechanism of the oral intestinal pancreatic axis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、慢性胰腺炎患者；肿瘤患者；合并严重的心、脑、肝、肾、免疫系统疾病、精神疾病、感染性疾病患者；严重的口腔疾病，近半年内接受过口腔治疗；既往腹部手术史； 2、发病＞48小时入院； 3、年龄＜18岁； 4、妊娠期及哺乳期妇女； 5、近1月内使用抗生素、激素、免疫抑制剂、益生菌和（或）益生元、PPI制剂； 6、未签署知情同意、放弃治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with chronic pancreatitis; Tumor patients; Patients with serious heart, brain, liver, kidney, immune system disease, mental disease, infectious diseases; Serious oral diseases, received oral treatment within the past six months; Previous history of abdominal surgery; 2.Admitted within 48 hours of onset; 3.Age<18 years old; 4.Pregnant and lactating women; 5.Use of antibiotics, hormones, immunosuppressants, probiotics and/or prebiotics, PPI preparations in the past month; 6.Those who have not signed informed consent and have given up treatment.
