研究目的：

本研究通过建立人口队列收集两代以内家庭的基本信息，揭示先天性心脏病、过敏性疾病和脑功能障碍相关疾病等发育源性疾病的内外环境风险因子和易感基因，继而开发新型发育源性疾病早期精准诊断及监测手段。从而鉴定临床预警指标和寻找干预靶点，建立临床干预新方法与诊疗规范，为妇女儿童健康保驾护航。

Objectives of Study：

By establishing a population cohort and collecting the basic information of families within two generations, this study revealed the internal and external environmental risk factors and susceptibility genes of developmental diseases such as congenital heart disease, allergic diseases and diseases related to brain dysfunction, and then developed new methods for early accurate diagnosis and monitoring of developmental diseases. In order to identify clinical early warning indicators and find intervention targets, establish new clinical intervention methods and diagnosis and treatment norms, and escort the health of women and children.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

1.All assisted reproduction families are accepted;
2.Pregnant women >=38 years of age are accepted;
3.Receiving pregnant women with low A during pregnancy (serum TSH concentration between 4.0 and 10mlU/L);
4.Pregnant fetuses, infants and young children with abnormal results indicated by blood tests and B-ultrasound during pregnancy (including intrauterine growth restriction, abnormal growth and development of various organ systems, etc.);
5.Accept families with multiple children;
6.Preterm infants born before 35 weeks are accepted;
7.Female age >=20 years old, male age >=22 years old, offspring <=3 years old;
8.Neither parent has HIV, other sexually transmitted diseases and other infectious diseases, and there is no family history of hereditary diseases such as Down syndrome;
9.Both parents agreed to participate and cooperate with long-term follow-up;
10.Sign informed consent before the project research, and have a full understanding of the research content, process and possible adverse reactions, and be able to communicate well with researchers.
