研究目的：

本研究采用国际最新定义（真实”EUGR）和最新图表（IG-21标准图表）作为EUGR诊断依据，并收集我院分娩早产儿生后1年内首次神经发育评估（DST量表结果）进行回顾性分析，分析有无合并宫外发育迟缓早产儿神经发育水平，以及常见并发症对神经发育的影响，以期为临床促进EUGR早产儿神经发育，改善其神经发育预后提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study adopted the latest international definition ("true" EUGR) and the latest chart (IG-21 standard chart) as the diagnostic basis for EUGR, and retrospectively analyzed the first neurodevelopmental assessment (DST scale results) within one year after birth of preterm infants delivered in our hospital. The study aimed to analyze the neurodevelopmental levels of preterm infants with or without combined extrauterine growth retardation and the impact of common complications on neurodevelopment, in order to provide a basis for clinical promotion of neurodevelopment in EUGR preterm infants and improvement of their neurodevelopmental prognosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有先天性心脏病、先天性畸形疾病； 2.染色体异常、基因缺陷性疾病； 3.资料不完整者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from congenital heart disease and congenital malformations; 2. Chromosomal abnormalities and genetic defects; 3. Incomplete information.
