采用高密度表面肌电探究研究对象的肌肉激活强度与空间分布,深入理解患者与健康人的肌肉功能差异,并基于此得到患者肌肉异常激活的位点、提出评估指标;通过修改肌肉主动收缩单元控制参数和被动收缩单元的控制参数,建立基于OpenSim的特别适用于颈部肌张力障碍患者的头颈部肌骨模型,并通过该模型计算浅层和深层肌肉的激活参数,通过试样采集的浅层肌肉sEMG数据的对比来验证模型的可靠性。 |

Objectives of Study: |
High-density surface electromyography (HD-SEMG) was used to explore the muscle activation intensity and spatial distribution of the research subjects, and to deeply understand the differences in muscle function between patients and healthy people. Based on this, the sites of abnormal muscle activation in patients were obtained and evaluation indicators were proposed. By modifying the control parameters of the active contraction unit and the passive contraction unit of the muscle, an OpenSim-based musculoskeletal model was established, which was especially suitable for patients with cervical dystonia. The activation parameters of the superficial and deep muscles were calculated by the model. The reliability of the model was verified by comparing the sEMG data of the superficial muscles collected from the sample. |

|
排除标准: |
1. 严重骨关节疾病、全身性肌张力障碍、帕金森病并发颈部肌张力障碍、其他严重神经系统疾病的患者; 2. 严重皮肤病或对导电凝胶等严重过敏者; 3. 肌张力障碍过于严重,无法自主控制颈部活动完成试验范式的患者; 4. 精神疾病患者,严重认知、视力、听力障碍者。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. Patients with severe bone and joint diseases, generalized dystonia, Parkinson's disease complicated with neck dystonia, and other serious neurological diseases; 2. Severe skin diseases or severe allergies to conductive gels; 3. Patients with severe dystonia who are unable to autonomously control neck activities to complete the experimental paradigm; 4. Patients with mental illness, severe cognitive, visual and hearing disabilities. |
