研究目的:

本研究旨在通过开展一项混合设计的整群随机对照试验(Cluster-RCT)评估一组基于社会化理论的医学生发展干预措施的有效性。具体目标包括: (1)了解中国医学生形成职业承诺和职业意向的过程。 (2)探讨基于社会化和行为经济学理论的医学生发展干预措施能否促进医科学生的发展,提高职业承诺和保留,并评估干预措施的有效性。 (3)评估干预过程。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to develop an effective intervention program to improve the retention of medical students in the Chinese medical education context by conducting a mixed-method cluster-randomized controlled trial (RCT). The specific objectives of the JMPI will be: a) to understand the process by which Chinese medical students form their career commitment and career intentions on whether to stay in the medical profession. b) to explore effective interventions to improve the career commitment and retention of medical students and to assess the effectiveness of the intervention c) to evaluate the process of the intervention.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.学校排除标准:1.在该学校无法招募到足够的符合纳排标准的学生。 2.在研究期间,学校正在开展与干预内容相似的医学教育实践活动。 3.院校类型为独立学院和科研机构。
2.学生排除标准:1.专业为订单定向五年制、5+3一体化、国家专项计划、中外合作办学、专升本等非普通五年制培养方式的学生。 2.招生时已确定专业方向的学生。 3.留级、休学、延毕的临床医学生。 4.生源地为港、澳、台的医学生。 5.国外留学生。

Exclusion criteria:

1.School exclusion criteria: 1. It was not possible to recruit enough students at the school to meet the student exclusion criteria. 2. at the time of the study, the school was conducting practical medical education activities similar to the intervention content. 3. the type of school was an independent college and research institution.
2.Student exclusion criteria: 1. Students whose majors are other medical program such as rural order-direct five-year medical program, 5+3 medical program, national special medical program, Sino-foreign cooperative medical program, and top-up medical program. 2. Students whose major direction has been determined at the time of enrollment. 3. Clinical medical students who repeat, suspend or delay their graduation. 4. Medical students whose birthplace is Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan. 5. International students.

按照院校特征对20所院校分层。同一层级的学校将使用计算机生成的随机数系统(简单随机抽样方法)以1:1的比例随机分配到干预组或控制组。随机化过程将由来自项目以外的独立人员来实现。干预效果评估者和研究对象对随机分配情况不知情。

The 20 medical schools were stratified according to school characteristics. Schools in the same stratum will be randomly assigned to either the intervention or control group in a 1:1 ratio using a computer-generated random number system (simple random sampling method). The randomization process will be achieved by an independent person from outside the project.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

数据收集:定量数据通过问卷星进行收集,所有调查都在线上实施。此外,将在研究对象中,邀请愿意参与访谈的研究对象,进行半结构化的线上访谈,收集定性数据。 数据管理:问卷调查采用问卷星平台线上采集,数据统一回收至全国医学教育发展中心信息与数据平台。只有项目负责人才能使用密码访问该数据库。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Data collection: quantitative data will be collected through Wenjuanxing, and all surveys will be implemented online. In addition, among the research subjects, those who are willing to participate in interviews will be invited to conduct semi-structured online interviews to collect qualitative data. Data management: questionnaires are collected online using the Wenjuanxing platform, and the data are uniformly recycled to the information and data platform of the National Center for Medical Education Development. Only the project leader can access this database with a password.
