辅助脊髓损伤、脑卒中及其他神经系统疾病或损伤导致的下肢运动功能障碍患者进行主动式康复训练,系统通过实时测量关节角度、足底压力和表面肌电等多模运动信号,反馈调节功能电刺激参数和外骨骼驱动力矩,实现互补性混合驱动助行,有效构建了机-肌-体人机交互信息环路,提升人机双向主动适应性;同时,系统可实现多维度量化步态评估,为用户后续康复训练提供参考,实现个性化、智能化康复训练。 |

Objectives of Study: |
The system assists patients with lower limb motor dysfunction caused by spinal cord injury, stroke and other neurological diseases or injuries to carry out active rehabilitation training. The system achieves complementary hybrid driving assistance through real-time measurement of multi-mode motion signals, such as joint angle, plantar pressure and surface electromyography, and feedback adjustment of functional electrical stimulation parameters and exoskeleton driving torque, effectively constructing a machine-muscle-body human-computer interaction information loop to enhance the human-computer-body active adaptability. At the same time, the system can realize multi-dimensional quantitative gait assessment, provide reference for the user's subsequent rehabilitation training, and realize personalized and intelligent rehabilitation training. |

1.存在外骨骼接触部位的压疮溃疡或腿长差异、身高/体重限制等外骨骼禁忌症; 2.功能性电刺激禁忌:例如金属植入物、皮肤病、肌肉损伤或对电刺激敏感度降低或增高的的感觉障碍; 3.存在影响运动功能的运动系统、循环系统等疾病和并发症; 4.存在影响运动功能的运动系统、循环系统等疾病和并发症。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. Presence of exoskeleton contraindications such as pressure ulcers at the contact site of the exoskeleton or leg length differences, height/weight restrictions; 2. Contraindications to functional electrical stimulation: such as metal implants, skin diseases, muscle damage, or sensory impairment with reduced or increased sensitivity to electrical stimulation; 3. There are diseases and complications of the locomotor system and circulatory system that affect motor function; 4. There are diseases and complications of the locomotor system and circulatory system that affect motor function. |
