研究目的：

通过随机对照实验，剂量一定的情况下,论证阻力训练的频率和量对可能性肌少症的老年患者的认知和身体j机能干预的最佳组合，为临床医生提供长期可用的新见解，为社区初级保健环境中工作的医生和护理人员提供切实可行的标准化康复指南。

Objectives of Study：

Through randomized controlled trials, this study aims to demonstrate the optimal combination of resistance training frequency and intensity for cognitive and physical performance intervention in elderly patients with sarcopenia, given a certain dosage. It provides clinicians with new insights that can be used in the long term and offers practical standardized rehabilitation guidelines for doctors and nursing staff working in community primary care settings

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准如下：（1）认知障碍（简易精神状态检查[MMSE]评分<27分），无法配合完成研究；（2）不稳定心血管疾病、神经肌肉疾病、肌肉骨骼畸形、症状性类风湿性关节炎（RA）或深静脉血栓形成（DVT）；（3）定期进行中等强度或高强度的体育活动（每周不超过三次，每次锻炼不超过30分钟）；（4） 1个月内手术；（5）同时参与了其他运动干预研究；（6）不适合参与研究（通过身体活动准备情况问卷[PARQ]评估，对PAR-Q的七个问题中的至少一个问题“是”）。 (7) 如果个人自发退出研究，则被视为退出本研究； (8) 表现出较差的依从性（<80%的计划锻炼时间），并且没有参加训练超过2周；（9）身体状况不佳，不适合参加锻炼，在训练期间无法达到所需的锻炼强度超过3周。对于退出研究的参与者，研究人员询问并记录了退出的原因和时间。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria were the following: (1) cognitive impairment (Mini-Mental State Examination [MMSE] score < 27 points) and could not cooperate and complete the study; (2) unstable cardiovascular diseases, neuromuscular diseases, musculoskeletal deformity, symptomatic rheumatoid arthritis (RA) or deep venous thrombosis (DVT); (3) regular moderate or intense physical activities (no more than three times per week and no longer than 30 min per exercise); (4) surgery within 1 month; (5) participated in other studies of exercise interventions concurrently; and (6) unsuitable to participate in the research(assessed by Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire [PARQ], ‘Yes’ to at least one of the seven questions of PAR-Q). In addition, individuals were considered as having dropped out of this study if they (7) quit the study spontaneously; (8) showed poor compliance (<80% of the scheduled exercise times) and did not participate in the training for more than 2 weeks; and (9) showed poor physical conditions that were not suitable for participating in exercises and could not meet the required exercise intensity for more than 3 weeks during the training. For participants who dropped out of the study, the researchers enquired and recorded the reasons and time for quitting.
