Objectives of Study：

The Internet+Nursing Service implementation plan for patients with swallowing disorders provides a scientific framework and guidance for the preparation, management, and optimization of such services. However, its feasibility in practical application has not been systematically validated. This study aims to evaluate the plan's feasibility in practice, including its operability during implementation, potential barriers and solutions, and adaptability across different contexts, providing a scientific basis for its optimization and broader application.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	数据采集和管理主要通过纸质问卷完成。研究团队设计并分发纸质问卷，参与者填写后由研究团队收集。后续数据由研究团队手动录入到 Microsoft Excel 中进行整理、存储和分析。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	Data collection and management were primarily conducted using paper-based questionnaires. The research team designed and distributed the paper questionnaires, which were completed by participants and subsequently collected by the research team.
