Objectives of Study：

Efficacy and safety of Romiplostim N01 for enhancement of platelet engraftment in malignant blood disease patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有严重的脏器功能障碍或疾病，如心脏、肝脏、肾脏和胰腺等严重疾病和功能障碍者； 2.不能耐受罗普司亭N01或rhTPO皮下注射患者； 3.研究者认为可损害受试者安全、使研究结果面临不必要风险的任何危及生命的疾病、身体状况或器官系统功能障碍； 4.药物依赖者；未控制的精神疾病受试者；认知功能障碍者； 5.3个月内参加其他相似的临床研究者； 6.研究者认为不适合入组者(如预计患者会因经费等问题无法坚持治疗者)。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Have serious organ dysfunction or disease, such as heart, liver, kidney, pancreas and other serious disease and dysfunction;
2.Patients who cannot tolerate subcutaneous injections of Romiplostim N01 or rhTPO;
3.Any life-threatening disease, medical condition, or organ system dysfunction that the investigator believes could compromise the safety of the subject or put the results of the study at unnecessary risk;
4.Patients who was drug dependent or uncontrolled mental illness or with cognitive disabilities;
5.Joined other similar clinical investigators within 3 months;
6.Other conditions not suitable for inclusion evaluated by the investigator (such as patients who are expected to be unable to adhere to treatment due to financial problems, etc.).
