研究目的：

1.评估应用餐盘对2型糖尿病患者的糖化血红蛋白、血糖、血压、血脂等生理指标和饮食自我管理行为、饮食自我效能主观行为的改善情况。 2.评价患者餐具使用体验的主观感受，为后续的餐盘应用研究提出改进措施。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate the improvement of the use of dinner plate on the physiological indicators of glycosylated hemoglobin, blood sugar, blood pressure, blood lipids, and the subjective behaviors of diet self-management and diet self-efficacy in patients with type 2 diabetes. 2. Evaluate the subjective experience of patients in using tableware and propose improvement measures for future research on the application of tableware.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①怀孕或准备怀孕者； ②不能自主经口进食者； ③有精神异常、认知障碍、不能合作者； ④合并严重糖尿病并发症； ⑤肿瘤患者，近半年内接受放、化疗者； ⑥正在参加其他类似研究课题的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or preparing to become pregnant; 2. Individuals who are unable to eat orally independently; 3. Individuals with mental abnormalities, cognitive impairments, and inability to cooperate; 4. Complications of severe diabetes; 5. Cancer patients who have received radiation or chemotherapy in the past six months; 6. Patients who are currently participating in other similar research projects.
