研究目的:

农村老年人普遍面临平衡能力下降、手部力量和灵活性减弱的问题,这影响了他们的日常活动能力和生活质量。静-动态平衡训练可能促进老年人的健康。它有详细的指南,但尚未发现将它与手功能训练结合的综合干预设计报告。本研究旨在构建一个综合性干预方案,将静-动态平衡训练与手功能训练联合起来,并进一步了解其对农村老年人多维平衡能力、手功能和生活空间移动性的短期和长期效果。  

Objectives of Study:

Rural older adults commonly face issues such as decreased balance, reduced hand strength, and flexibility, which affect their daily activity levels and quality of life. Static-dynamic balance training may promote the health of the elderly. It has detailed guidelines, but no reports have been found on its combination with hand function training in a comprehensive intervention design. This study aims to construct a comprehensive intervention program that combines static-dynamic balance training with hand function training and further understand its short-term and long-term effects on the multidimensional balance ability, hand function, and mobility in the living space of rural older adults.

排除标准:

诊断为认知障碍、老年痴呆症或其他精神疾病;患有急性心肌梗塞、不稳定心绞痛、控制不良的心律失常等疾病;过去一个月发生骨折等。

Exclusion criteria:

Diagnosis of cognitive impairment, Alzheimer's disease, or other psychiatric disorders; Suffering from acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina, poorly controlled arrhythmia and other diseases; Fractures, etc., in the past month.

本研究采用计算机程序(www.random.org)生成的随机数,在浙江湖州随机抽取4个在经济发展、文化和基础设施方面相匹配的农村社区(A-D)。然后将这4个村按1:1:1:1的比例随机分配到四个实验组。这些村庄之间需保持隔离距离(最小5公里),以尽量减少污染的风险。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

In this study, random numbers generated by computer programs (www.random.org) were used to randomly select four rural communities (A-D) in Huzhou, Zhejiang Province that are matched in terms of economic development, culture, and infrastructure. The four villages were then randomly assigned to four experimental groups in a 1:1:1:1 ratio. These villages need to be kept at a distance of 5 km from each other to minimise the risk of contamination.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

The data collection team will consist of two medical graduate students and a community worker, who will perform measurements primarily at rural community service centers, and data collectors must be trained and proficient in the local dialect. Figure 1 shows the time points for five measurements: baseline (T0), mid-intervention (T1), post-intervention (T2), and follow-up (T3 and T4) before randomization. Once the data is collected, the participant's identity will be identified with a combination of initials and numbers, and the handwritten record will be converted to electronic format. Two researchers independently entered the data into Excel. Use software tools to detect data inconsistencies and generate problem reports. Data verification and verification are stored in an electronic database and restricted to principal researchers, data consultants, and entry personnel.
