研究目的：

本研究拟运用微调正骨手法治疗骶髂关节紊乱，并通过影像学资料，根据人体X线片和成像原理，治疗前及治疗1疗程后分别拍摄骨盆平片与腰椎侧位片，然后运用影像分析软件来测量髋骨的长度、宽度，以及骶棘连线与垂直线之间的夹角、两骶骨外上缘与骶棘连线的距离、腰骶角的大小，以研究微调正骨手法对骶髂关节紊乱影像学的改变，从而为推拿手法治疗骶髂关节紊乱提供临床依据。

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to treat sacroiliac joint disorder by fine-tuning bone manipulation, and take pelvic plain films and lumbar radiographs before and after 1 courses of treatment according to the human body and X-ray imaging principle. And then to measure hip length and width, the angle between the joint of the sacral spine and the vertical line, the distance between the superior margin of the sacrum and the joint of the sacral spine, and lumbosacral angle with image analysis software. To study the fine-tuning bone manipulation of sacroiliac joint disorder imaging features, so as to provide to clinical basis for sacroiliac joint disorder by massage.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）有其它原因造成的腰腿痛患者；（2）妊娠期、哺乳期妇女；（3）具有严重的原发性心、肝、肺、肾、血液或影响生存的严重疾病，如肿瘤或艾滋病。肾功能异常；尿蛋白>+，镜下尿红细胞>+(尿Hb不作为判断指标)；ALT>2N(N为正常值上限)；有临床意义的心电图异常；血白细胞<3.0×109/L；（4）法律规定的残疾患者盲、聋、哑、智力障碍，精神障碍，肢体残疾；（5）怀疑或确有酒精、药物滥用病史；（6）脊柱和骶髂关节结核(无外伤史，有全身症状，如低热，盗汗，消瘦，X线摄片显示有骨骺破坏)。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with low back and leg pain caused by other causes;
(2) The woman who is pregnant or lactating;
(3) Patients with severe primary heart, liver, lung, kidney, blood, or serious disease affecting survival, such as Cancer, AIDS, Renal dysfunction, electrocardiographic abnormality, White blood cell less than 3.0×10^9/L;
(4) Persons with disabilities prescribed by law: blindness, deafness, mute, mental retardation, physical disability;
(5) Suspected or having a history of alcohol or substance abuse;
(6) Tuberculosis of spine and sacroiliac joint(Without injury, but with systemic symptoms,such as low fever, night sweats, emaciation and there is epiphyseal destruction on X-ray.)
