研究目的：

计划入组200例宫颈癌根治性放化疗的患者，在根治性同步放化疗过程中预防性应用抗辐喷（液体敷料-冲洗剂型）是否能减少放射性阴道黏膜损伤的发生率及程度，及随诊过程中发生慢性阴道黏膜损伤患者应用抗辐喷（液体敷料-冲洗剂型）治疗的疗效。

Objectives of Study：

This study was planned to enroll 200 patients with cervical cancer who were proposed to undergo radical radiotherapy, and to observe the incidence and extent of radioactive vaginal mucosal injury with or without prophylactic application of recombinant human superoxide

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1: 既往有超氧化物歧化酶使用过敏史者 2: 皮肤粘膜感染者，明显宫腔积脓或盆腔炎患者 3: 已接受了宫颈癌的手术（包括盆腔或腹膜后淋巴结切除术，不包括肿瘤活检）、放疗或化疗者 4: 预计无法接受近距离治疗，或近距离治疗需要使用消瘤术、宫腔管及穹隆管分开置入术，或模板计划者 5: 其它恶性肿瘤病史 6: 孕妇或哺乳期妇女 7: 伴活动性感染、发热 8: 其它可能明显影响临床试验顺应性的严重疾病，如需要治疗的不稳定心脏病、肾脏疾病、慢性肝炎、控制不佳的糖尿病和精神疾病等

Exclusion criteria：

1: Prior history of allergy to recombinant human superoxide dismutase 2: Patients with skin and mucous membrane infections, obvious uterine pus or pelvic inflammatory disease 3: Patients who have undergone surgery (including pelvic or retroperitoneal lymph node dissection, excluding tumor biopsy), radiation therapy or chemotherapy for cervical cancer 4: Those who are not expected to be able to undergo brachytherapy, or whose brachytherapy requires the use of an aneurysm curettage, separate placement of uterine tubes and foramen ovale tubes, or a template program 5: History of other malignant tumors 6: Pregnant or lactating women 7: With active infection, fever 8: Other serious medical conditions that may significantly affect compliance with clinical trials, such as unstable heart disease requiring treatment, kidney disease, chronic hepatitis, poorly controlled diabetes, and psychiatric disorders

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	数据采集：临床试验过程中，受试者的数据收集在研究病历上，之后再将数据誊抄到病例报告表（CRF）中。研究者必须按试验方案要求完整、真实地记录。数据管理：由数据录入员将CRF内容双份录入到具有留痕功能的数据库系统中，并进行一致性检验，将确认核对一致的数据库提交到数据管理员进行数据核查。对病例报告表中存在的疑问，数据管理员将通过产生疑问解答表（QF）向研究人员发出询问，并通过监查员联系研究人员应尽快解答并返回；数据管理员根据研究人员的回答进行数据修改、确认和录入必要时可以再次发出QF。数据管理员根据方案、CRF等资料，与相关负责人员制定数据管理计划。数据管理员参照数据管理计划中的要求对数据进行核查，以确保所有数据的准确、无误。最终将清理完毕的数据库提交统计分析人员进行统计分析。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	DATA COLLECTION: Subjects' data are collected on the study chart and later transcribed into a case report form (CRF). The investigator must make complete and truthful records as required by the trial protocol. Data management: The data entry clerk will enter the content of the CRF into the database system with traceability function and perform consistency checking, and submit the database confirming the checking consistency to the data manager for data verification. For the doubts existing in the case report form, the data administrator will send queries to the researcher by generating a question answer form (QF), and contact the researcher through the supervisor should be answered as soon as possible and return; the data administrator according to the researcher's answer to the data modification, confirmation, and entry can be sent out again when necessary.The data administrator, based on the program, the CRF and other information, and the relevant responsible personnel to develop the Data management plan. The data manager verifies the data with reference to the requirements in the data management plan to ensure that all data are accurate and error-free. The cleaned database is finally submitted to the statistical analyst for statistical analysis.
