研究目的：

我们拟通过观察术前核磁共振椎间盘检查、术中椎间盘形态及术后病理技术，探讨术前核磁共振中椎间盘信号与含水量的相关性，并基于此讨论核磁共振中椎间盘信号决定手术方式在再突出中的作用。本研究为临床中脊柱内镜治疗椎间盘突出提供重要的指导价值。  

Objectives of Study：

We plan to observe the preoperative MRI examination of the intervertebral disc, the morphology of the intervertebral disc during surgery, and postoperative pathological techniques to explore the correlation between the intervertebral disc signal and water content in preoperative MRI and discuss the role of the intervertebral disc signal in MRI in determining the surgical method in re-protrusion. This study provides important guidance value for the clinical treatment of intervertebral disc protrusion with spinal endoscopy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①伴有腰椎中央型椎管狭窄、椎间盘间隙过窄；②曾行化学性溶解者；③存在脊柱节段失稳或伴有严重腰椎管狭窄；④两个及两个节段以上的椎间盘突出症、脊柱畸形、脊柱结核、脊柱肿瘤、椎体骨折等合并症；⑤影像学检查无明显神经受压患者；⑥严重的心脑血管、肝肾疾病、血液系统及呼吸系统疾病的患者；⑦合并有意识障碍、精神疾病和有沟通障碍的患者；⑧患者本人或家属拒绝参与本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With lumbar central spinal stenosis, intervertebral disc space is too narrow; 2. had undergone chemical dissolution; 3.There is spinal segment instability or severe lumbar spinal stenosis; 4.Two or more segments of intervertebral disc herniation, spinal deformity, spinal tuberculosis, spinal tumors, vertebral fractures and other complications; 5.Imaging examination showed no obvious nerve compression patients; 6. Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases, blood system and respiratory system diseases; 7.Patients with consciousness disorder, mental illness and communication disorder; 8. Patients who themselves or their family members refused to participate in this study.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

所有患者均参考统一的指南及标准进行治疗，由同一团队完成相关临床治疗操作，各项结局指标的评价由同一批人完成，评价时评价者不知晓基线分组情况。加强对评价人员的培训，确保其能够熟练、正确地观察、计算和统计各项指标和结果；录入数据时，由研究者本人连同另一位医务人员共同负责，采取双人录入模式，并做好核对、检查。
