研究目的：

评估改良大隐静脉获取技术（Modified Technique, MT）对手术时间、并发症发生率、桥血管质量和早期桥血管通畅率的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the impact of a modified technique (MT) for saphenous vein (SV) harvesting on operation duration, complication rates, graft integrity, and early patency of grafts.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. Patients who are intolerant to CABG or refuse CABG; 2. Patients for whom the great saphenous vein cannot be used as a graft due to varicose veins or other reasons; 3. Patients with poor compliance or who refuse enrollment.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are intolerant to CABG or refuse CABG; 2. Patients who cannot use the great saphenous vein as a bridge due to varicose veins or other reasons; 3. Patients with poor compliance or refusal to enroll.

暴露游离SVG后，在原位结扎侧支血管；SVG游离结扎后暂不离断，准备移植时再切取
