研究目的：

个体化分析前交叉韧带翻修手前计划核心要素及比较人工韧带与自体骨-髌腱-骨(BTPB)作为移植物的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

The key elements of the anterior cruciate ligament revision program were analyzed and the clinical efficacy of artificial ligament and autologous bone-patellar tendine-bone (BTPB) as grafts was compared.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）合并膝关节多发韧带损伤； （2）合并患侧下肢骨折； （3）Outerbridge软骨分级Ⅲ级及以上软骨损伤面积超过1 cm2； （4）非第一次翻修手术； （5）初次重建骨隧道扩大或骨溶解无法完成一期翻修； （6）术前存在膝关节显著功能障碍，即>20°的伸直滞缺或屈曲<80°； （7）下肢力线异常冠状面>10°，矢状面胫骨平台后倾角>12°。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) multiple ligament injuries of the knee joint; (2) fracture of the affected lower extremity; (3) the cartilage injury area of Outerbridge grade Ⅲ and above was more than 1 cm2; (4) non-first revision surgery; (5) tunnel enlargement or osteolysis in the primary reconstruction could not complete the one-stage revision; (6) preoperative significant dysfunction of the knee joint, that is, extension retardation >20° or flexion <80°; (7) abnormal alignment of the lower extremity >10° on the coronal plane and >12° on the sagittal tibial slope.
