本研究基于横断面研究的不足，旨在纵向调查HIV/AIDS患者症状负担水平，并基于潜变量增长混合模型探索HIV/AIDS患者症状负担的潜在类别，以期为临床护理工作者改善HIV/AIDS患者的症状负担提供理论依据  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the shortcomings of cross-sectional studies, this study aims to investigate the level of symptom burden of HIV/AIDS patients in a longitudinal manner, and explore the potential categories of symptom burden of HIV/AIDS patients based on the latent variable growth mixed model, in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical nurses to improve the symptom burden of HIV/AIDS patients
