观察小剂量艾司氯胺酮预处理对小儿丙泊酚注射痛的预防效果  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of small-dose esketamine pretreatment for prevention of propofol-induced injection pain in children

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.对所用麻醉药物过敏； 2.合并心肝肾或精神类疾病，癫痫发作史或颅内高压； 3.近1周内有上呼吸道感染病史； 4.肥胖（BMI≥95%同年龄同性别）； 5.入室时哭闹不安。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergy to anesthetic drugs; 2. Combined with cardiovascular, hepatic, renal or psychiatric diseases, history of seizures or intracranial hypertension; 3. The history of upper respiratory tract infection within the last 1 weeks; 4. Obesity (BMI>=95% for age and sex); 5. Crying when you enter the house.
