研究目的：

本研究拟在北京、沈阳、深圳、重庆和河南省建立和优化HIV-1阴性MSM队列，并招募HIV感染者队列，以进一步监测MSM人群HIV相关高危行为特征及HIV新发感染率，同时在抗病毒治疗前后监测HIV的疾病进展速度，及相关生物标志物等影响因素，为国家提供可靠的HIV疫情数据以及针对该人群开展更科学的HIV防治工作提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to establish and optimize HIV-1-negative MSM cohorts in Beijing, Shenyang, Shenzhen, Chongqing and Henan Provinces in order to recruit HIV infected cohorts to further monitor HIV-related high risk behaviors and HIV new infection rates in MSM populations, simultaneously monitoring the progress of HIV disease before and after antiviral therapy, related biomarkers and other influencing factors to provide for the country with reliable HIV epidemiological data as well as for the population to carry out more scientific HIV prevention and control work to provide a theoretical basis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

HIV阴性高危MSM队列:1.不愿意签署知情同意书者；2.不愿意提供血液样品者；3.中途不愿参加随访而退出队列者；4.在队列随访期间HIV阳转者
HIV感染者队列：1. 同时参加任何其他HIV干预研究或试验性药物研究 2. 智力障碍或不能与医生有效交流者 3. 严重酗酒者 4. 非中国国籍人员

Exclusion criteria：

HIV negative Group:
1. Unwilling to sign informed consent;
2. Unwilling to provide blood samples;
3. Those who do not wish to participate in the follow-up are withdrawn from the queue;
4. During cohort follow-up who become HIV seroconversion;
HIV-infected group:
1. Patients who participate in any other HIV intervention study or experimental drug study;
2. Patients with mental retardation or cannot communicate with their doctors;
3. Serious alcoholics;
4. Not of Chinese nationality.
