探讨有氧运动和无氧运动对轻、中度抑郁症患者抑郁、睡眠质量及认知功能改善的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise on the improvement of depression, sleep quality and cognitive function in patients with mild and moderate depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）拟行电休克治疗；（2）脑器质性疾病或明显躯体疾病的患者；（3）伴有精神活性物质依赖；（4）孕期、哺乳期及更年期患者；（5）有明显自杀倾向者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Electroconvulsive therapy is proposed; (2) Patients with cerebral organic diseases or obvious somatic diseases; (3) concomitant psychoactive substance dependence; (4) Pregnant, lactating and menopausal patients; (5) Those who have obvious suicidal tendencies.

常规治疗：包括①给予患者 SSRIs 单药治疗，在患者耐受情况下尽快加量至有效治疗剂量，并监测血药浓度至有效血药浓度，②心理治疗，即由本院心理咨询科定期展开的团体心理治疗，通常每周 2 次，该治疗为本院抑郁症治疗中常见治疗项目。

常规治疗+中等强度无氧运动疗法：给予患者常规抗抑郁治疗基础上增加中等强度无氧运动，每周至少 3 次，每次 30～60 min，运动形式参考个人喜好，可以是肌力训练（长时间的肌肉收缩）、俯卧撑、仰卧起坐、深蹲、俄罗斯转体、平板支撑及卷腹等。运动训练分为若干组，以运动强度（即保持患者的心率为最大心率的 60%～85%）为准，衡量患者是否休息或进入下一组运动训练。
