研究目的：

通过上市后临床试验考察胸腰后路内固定系统在广泛使用条件下的疗效和不良反应，进一步评估产品在扩大人群中使用的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy and adverse reactions of NOAH 4.5 CoCrMo Posterior Thoracolumbar Spinal System under widespread use conditions through post-market clinical trials, and further evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the product in the expanding population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者精神上无能力或者不能理解参与研究的要求； 2.预计无依从性； 3.已知患者对一种或多种植入的材料有过敏史； 4.局部部位或全身存在活动性感染病灶； 5.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 6.受试者合并的其他疾病限制其参加研究，不能依从随访或影响研究的科学性完整性； 7.严重骨质疏松症，经临床判定不适宜手术者； 8.脊柱肿瘤，包括转移瘤； 9.研究者认为不宜参加研究的。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient is mentally incapable or unable to understand the requirements to participate in the study; 2. Projected non-adherence; 3. Known patient has a history of allergy to one or more implanted materials; 4. Presence of active infection lesions locally or systemically; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. The subject has other diseases that restrict the participant from participating in the study, cannot comply with the follow-up or affect the scientific integrity of the study; 7. Patients with severe osteoporosis who are clinically judged to be unsuitable for surgery; 8. Spinal tumors, including metastases; 9. The researcher deems it inappropriate to participate in the study.
