探索围术期经鼻胰岛素干预对择期手术老年病人的脑功能的保护作用及研究其机制；  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the protective effect of intranasal insuline intervention on brain function in elderly patients with surgery, and to study its mechanism

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患者或/和家属拒绝参加研究；
2. 既往中枢神经系统疾病（如痴呆、肌萎缩脊髓侧索硬化症、精神病、严重脑血管病、癫痫、Parkinson’s病、颅内肿瘤）
3. 药物滥用史（如服用过镇静药和/或抗抑郁药）；
4. 有视觉、听觉障碍或不能配合行认知功能评估的患者；
5.主治医生或研究者认为存在其他不宜参加本研究的情况【需记录原因】。

Exclusion criteria：

1. patient or family member's refusal and attitude unknown;
2. There is a central nervous system disease (such as AD,amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, mental disease,epilepsy,Parkinsons,intracranial tumours);
3. Drug abuse(such as sedative and/or antidepressant;
4. Severe hearing or visual impairment, end-stage disease can not communicate;
5. The attending physician or researcher believes there are other conditions that should not be included in this study(need record).
